So Adorable - 49 & Market

Hello 49 and Market fans

Hope everyone is keeping safe and well under these difficult times. I have created a layout using papers from the Vintage Artistry Color - Sky. I love the blue of this collection.

I have used 3 papers from this collection - Admit One, Ambrosial and the Bonus sheet behind the cover of the collection. The Admit One is the base page. The Ambrosial is torn about 2 inches from the top and the bottom, using the front piece for the middle. Tear the bonus sheet about an inch from the top and bottom, this is adhered behind the Admit one, and then the reverse pieces (the flower side) tucked in under the bonus sheet. Once stuck down, I have added some crackled texture paste to the paper, and then stamped with sections from the Ticket Express Stamp. I have then added some Vintage Artistry Natural stitched frames behind the photo as the mat, and added this to the paper on foam tape.
I then added flower clusters to the layout using a mixture of Country Blooms Sky, Sugar Petals Blue Raspberry, Bloom Blends Cotton and some of the older range of the Potpourri white flowers.  I have also added some of the white butterflies from the Eucalyptus layered embellishments.
I have also fussy cut some of the leaves from the Bibliophile paper. I have cut up some of the larger leaves from the Sugar Petals pack and added these among the flowers. I have finished off adding some Dusty Attic chipboard and art stones.

Take care and keep safe everyone!

Cherish Always - Dusty Attic

Hello lovely Dusty Attic fans!

I hope you are all keeping safe and well in these trying times. Today I have created a layout with the March moodboard.
Aren't these colours beautiful? Here is the my take on the challenge with photos of my gorgeous daughter

I love the blue, pink and browns of this moodboard. I have used the Mintay Papers Harmony range for this layout. I have painted all my chipboard, starting with first with the Skeleton clock faces, using the larger clock, and cutting it in half, have painted this in brown and adhered to the top of my page. The leaves are Tropical Foliage no 6 and have been painted with Dusty in Colour Denim paint and arranged under the photos.
I have selected the words "cherish always" from the Mini Words #1 set of titles and painted these in brown.
These are the products I have used:
Tropical Foliage #6
Skeleton Clock Face
Mini Words #1

Take care,
Michelle

Simply Stunning - 49 & Market

Hello 49 and Market fans!

I am having such fun with these new collections and today I am showcasing the Vintage Artistry Color - Natural collection.

The base page for my layout is the paper "Gilded" from the Natural collection. I then cut a strip from the cover page in in the mini collection as well as another strip from the Ecology paper. These were layered with foam tape, with Ecology on top. I then used the page tabs off the laser cut sheet and added these on top of these pages, including adding pieces from the Collage stack and adding the same page tabs from the laser cut sheet. Before adding the photo layers, I have stamped with the Ticket Express Stamp Set.
The photo (my gorgeous niece!!!) has been added using the frames from the laser cut sheet and adding layers from the Vintage Artistry Natural Collage Stack, and then also adding the tags off the laser cut sheet. I have added strips of washi tape to the edges of the frames.
I have added some jute around the layers and photos, and ended off adding the flowers, cutting up the leaves off the laser cut sheet to add to each flower cluster. I have added some white paint and micro beads to finish off.

Here are some further close ups of the page

Thanks for popping over to visit,
Michelle

Imagine - Dusty Attic

Hello lovely Dusty Attic fans

Today I have created a male layout for you - I love using cogs and clocks for a masculine layout. Here is what  have created

One thing I love about Dusty Attic chipboard is the amount of different products you can use on them. Today I have used embossing powders to colour my chipboard.
I just love how embossing chipboard looks so amazing - almost makes it look like metal, don't you think?
I have used two different types of embossing powders .
I have used Stamperia Time Machine paper for this layout, and then added cogs - also layering these to give them dimension. I have used the Dusty Attic Clockworks #2 stencil in the top left and bottom right corners of the layout, and then rubbed over some ink over the texture paste to pop the stencilling.

These are the products I have used:

Thanks for visiting. Until next time, happy scrapping.
