Hello lovelies
Today I have a layout created using the July Moodboard. Why not use the moodboard to create a project using Dusty Attic chipboard and post your entry to the Dusty FANattics Facebook page - you could win a AUD50 worth of gorgeous Dusty Attic chipbaord :)
I have gone more of the greener tones mixed with browner tones to create my layout:I love nature layouts - and I have created a few layouts with the magical mushroom clusters - and couldn't resist another layout. These magical mushroom clusters are so gorgeous - as they have so many elements to use in one pack - leaves, mushrooms, butterflies, rocks, grass ....
In this layout I have used the Magical Mushroom Cluster #4 (DA3481). All my chipboard was first prepped with white gesso. I have used a vast range of mediums to colour my chipboard. This ranges from water colour paints, acrylic paints, Posco pens and then finished off with Stickles and Glossy Accents. The mini-foliage (DA3421) and the Botanic Mix flourishes #6 (DA3351) were painted with acrylic paint, and stickles added to the flourishes.
I started first with my photo and matting, adhered this to the page, before I arranged my die cuts and chipboard pieces. I even added a little lady bug (DA3353) to the layout - they are so cute! Love how you have different options in the pack of open and closed wings - just perfect! I also added glossy accents to the wings here.
The title "Serenity" comes in a pack with other words - Word Pack #58 (DA3427) - this was also painted with two shades of burnt orange and brown paint, and then finished off with glossy accents.
I have also created a little feature cluster in the corner on the right of the layout using a mixture of die cuts and chipboardI finished off adding splatters of metallique brown acrylic paint to the page. These are the Dusty Attic products I have used:
Thanks for visiting the blog today!
Hugs,
Michelle
