Raincliff Weekend Away

Another very awesome weekend away at Raincliff, hosted by Embellish It. A very special one as Embellish It celebrated their 5th birthday - and we had a wonderful weekend away of scrapbooking, food, laughter, and total relaxation! Thank you Joanne for another wonderful scrap camp.

I managed to get a few layouts done this weekend, and here are just 4 of the ones I created. (Some I cannot reveal just yet!)

This one was part of a challenge for the weekend: Using a recipe that included chipboard, 6 or more flowers, stenciling, perfect pearls and at least 3 different papers - here is my take:

 This one was just one that I put together as part of my projects for the weekend - with the lovely Maja Design Sofiero range:

 Another challenge for the weekend. We had to use something out of our goodie bags - we received a stencil, a bag of flowers and a 6x6 paper pad - and this is what I came up with:

Let's Get Sketchy 2017 - DT Team Call

So one of my dearest friends has just tagged me on Facebook, suggesting I apply for the Design Team 2017 for Let's Get Sketchy

Hopefully I will still have time to work on a layout this weekend to submit my application, as I will be at scrap camp all weekend - perfect opportunity to create something special!!

March Challenge over at White ... with 1

It's March already - where has the time gone?! And of course start of the new month, means a new challenge over at White ... with 1. And what an amazing colour for this month - ORANGE PEEL. 

The creative team have done beautiful layouts - the orange and white is an amazing combination - so vibrant! Have a look at their fabulous layouts here...

And combined with their beautiful layouts, how about the fabulous mood board to get creating  ...

Here is my take for March

I have used orange chalk under the photo mat and embellishments. The chipboard has been painted in orange - and the stitches are hand drawn along the edges.

Looking forward to seeing the creations on this challenge for the month - such a great colour!
